Hi! I'm Jenna, owner and operator of Willow + Arrow Hair Loft a luxury home based hair salon in Crofton, BC, in the Cowichan Valley. After graduating from cosmetology school at the Aveda Institute of Paul Decosta, and 14 years spent learning from some of the most knowledgeable salon owners on Vancouver Island, I decided the best way to provide the level of service I wanted for my customers was to create my own salon. With help from my husband and family, I took the leap and created Willow + Arrow Hair Loft on our family's hobby farm. The salon was named after our two dogs Willow and Arrow, who are frequent visitors for clients.

As well as a business owner, I'm also a mom to a busy toddler, wife to a hard-working husband, and a lover of all animals. Originally from the Port Alberni region, I have a large family and many friends who I spend as much time with as I can. I am truly blessed to have the support of so many amazing people!

I love all things hair, but specialize in lived in colours and weddings. I am always updating my training and adding new salon services to please my clients.

My goal for Willow + Arrow is to use my skills and knowledge create an oasis where guests leave feeling refreshed and more beautiful than ever.
